Some years ago in our first book, The Internet and Business English, we listed a website used by European Union translators: the succinctly named EuroDicAutom.
Since then the European Union has expanded somewhat and the increase in number of official languages rendered this site obsolete.
Its replacement is called {{link http://iate.europa.eu/iatediff/SearchByQueryLoad.do?method=load Inter Active Terminology for Europe}} (IATE). It can translate between 24 different European languages (including Latin) and is extremely useful for those technical terms that do not tend to appear in ordinary bi-lingual dictionaries but form an important part of the vocabulary of people working in business, scientific and technical fields.
