In conversation with the other presenters of the podcast, there was discussion about what to include in the next episodes. I wanted to include information about what to do with any spare time you had. Others maintained that everybody is overstressed and working many more hours than usual.
Of course, we are all wrong. There is the whole range of experiences of the lockdown for teachers. I know of many who have effectively been made unemployed overnight and who will be concerned about the future. Others have been told to put their teaching online within a matter of days with little support. The experience will be complicated by the degree of individuals’ preparedness for a learning environment that is technology-based.
