Best practices for blended learning

The subject of blended learning is what brought Pete Sharma and Kevin Westbrook together at a conference in 2006. It has been at the core of much of our work since then, including many publications, presentations, courses and workshops.

At Tertiary Training Services, we have an approach to blended learning that allows individuals to learn about it with respect to their own context. All teaching is context-dependent, and blended learning is no exception and we ensure that participants in our training end up with skills and knowledge relevant to them.

We can offer training that focusses more on the pedagogy of blended learning or more on the use of the technology. Or a balance of both! Download more information here:

In our courses, we cover such areas as what the research has to say about blended learning, an overview of learning management systems and creating your own digital resources. They are suitable for language teachers, teacher trainers, academic managers and school directors.
