Apptivities for Business English 2: painting the Forth Bridge
Increasing numbers of business English students have Smartphones and tablets. Which apps can best help their efforts to learn a language? It is important for business English teachers to see the jewels among the dross.
The instant we uploaded our first eBook, Apptivities for Business English, we started work on the second volume, which is launching at the Prague BESIG conference. Why? New, exciting apps appear daily. We firmly believe, however, that the best apps should be selected with care, and offered to students as part of their learning training, within a sound, pedagogical framework.
This practical talk will update participants on the latest developments in mobile learning, and explore a range of new apps in the areas of: grammar, vocabulary, language skills and business skills. The speaker will share ideas based on a new eBook, Apptivities for Business English 2. BYOD.
